We want to make things simple, and here is how to order:

1. Have your digital photo(s) ready to submit to us for the printing.  The digital formats supported: jpg, gif, and bmp.  For an image to print properly, the photo file must have an image resolution of at least 300 dots per inch (DPI) or pixels per inch (PPI).  Pictures of insufficient density are the cause of undesirable printing results.  Also, your photos should be proportional to 24" x 36" hanging posters.  If not, we would have to 'crop' them before printing.  Therefore, it is best that you submit suitable photos yourself so that nothing would be missed.
2. Specify how many copies per photo you like to order.
3. Provide your name, mailing address, phone number and/or email address.

5. We will email you a response with your order number to confirm your order, and a payment link via PayPal for you to pay.  We also accept cash (in person), checks (subject to clear), money orders, wire transfer, or credit cards.  Make them payable to LS International Company, LLC.
6. Retail price is $70 per copy plus $8 shipping (via USPS priority mail).  Order 2 and get 5% off each (plus $10 shipping).  Order 4 and get 10% off each (plus $12 shipping).  Order 6 and get 15% off each (plus $14 shipping).  Order 8 and get 20% off each (plus $16 shipping).
7. Wholesale orders are 10 copies or more, and as a wholesale customer, you will enjoy the specially low wholesale price (please contact us to find out) plus shipping (via FedEx ground).  Free shipping if 20 or more copies are ordered per order.  Once you order 10 or more, you will become our wholesale customer from that point on, for every subsequent order regardless of numbers.  You can re-sell these to your customers, as a great offer from your product portfolio.
8. Turnaround time is approximately three weeks from the ordering date.  Expedited orders add fees (on a case by case basis), due to express processing/shipping/handling from China, and could shorten the delivery time to one week.  We will do our best to expedite your orders, and keep you informed every step of the way, but no guarantee.
9. We will not keep or store any of your digital images unless you specifically want us to do so, for future printings.

Picture Resolution: To find out the resolution of your picture file, right-click on the picture file and select 'Properties' then 'Summary' then 'Advanced.'

Editing Picture Files: If you like to edit or customize your picture files before submitting, please visit http://www.picnik.com or http://www.fotoflexer.com  Also, Photoshop users will find editing picture files a breeze.

Sending a File:  We support PC files and digital camera files.  Send us an email with the files attached.  If you have several files to send, we suggest you ZIP them together into a single file, it's faster for us both.  Zipping larger files is always appreciated!  Many e-mail systems limit the size of file attachments (Both Yahoo and Hotmail are 10 MB.  Gmail is 20mb).  If you prefer to send us electronic media via mail in case files are too large, we support CD or DVD.  Send your CD or DVD to: LS International Co., LLC, 14235 W 158th Street, Olathe KS 66062, with your order number.

Return and Exchange: If we make an error on our part, we will give you a full refund or credit or exchange; otherwise, all sales are final.  We can only print what you send us.  Note that undesirable printings as a result of photo files (submitted by you) in poor resolutions or improper proportions are NOT our responsibilities.  Get a return authorization number from us before sending your return to: LS International Company, LLC, 14235 W 158th Street, Olathe KS 66062 USA, and include your order number as well.  All returns must be within 30 days from our ship date.
